Job Description:

Department Overview

Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner collaborates closely with Capital Markets senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with enterprise-wide objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions and support business objectives
  • Collaborate across HR functions on talent development, succession planning, recruitment, rewards, employee relations, and performance management
  • Advise leaders on organizational needs and develop strategies to meet talent requirements
  • Lead talent management initiatives and support diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Monitor HR metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and ensure policy compliance
  • Stay informed of HR best practices and regulatory changes

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA is an asset
  • 10+ years of HR management experience across multiple disciplines
  • Proven leadership in change management and client relationship management at the executive level
  • Strong strategic, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization
