What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or CHRP / CHRL Degree preferred, with 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and be a team player
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Influencing and persuasion skills; group facilitation skills preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop trusting relationships
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP preferred
  • Proven ability to resolve complex problems impacting people, processes, and programs, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

In This Role, You Would
  • Manage and oversee all Human Resources functions at the site
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee management
  • Manage the hourly work system, including position level advancement processes
  • Provide performance management guidance to line management
  • Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and develop programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure objectives are met
