Dometic Vancouver is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with management and employees, delivering HR services across management and labour relations. The role reports to the HR Director and is based in Vancouver, BC.

We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Human Resources Business Partner. This position reports to Human Resources Director and will work in Vancouver, BC.
Dometic Marine’s headquarters are in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. The facility develops and manufactures hydraulic, electronic, and combustion-based products.
As Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) of the Vancouverteam, formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. In this hands on role, the HRBP delivers the full suite of employee and organizational services in both Human Resources Management and Labour Relations disciplines. The ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations is essential.
