The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and have a solid background in HR, including five to seven years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include advising on HR solutions, managing employee relations, and overseeing recruitment processes. Candidates should have exceptional collaboration and negotiation skills, and a post-secondary degree is preferred.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) worksas an internal advisor with assigned business units and drives initiatives that impact talent management, talent acquisition, performance, employee relations, legislative adherence and participates in special projects. As a trusted advisor, the HRBP provides coaching and counsel to leaders on human resources solutions that support the goals of the business unit.
