Job description

The HR Business Execution Lead - Technology and Business Enablement and ESPA helps drives key HR priorities across the HR Advisor team. The role is responsible for centrally managingcyclical HR processes (centralizes restructuring actions, represents HR on the business Workforce Management Council, year-end compensation practices including CART, Rating calibration and more) in close partnership with the HR Advisor (HRA) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams, HR discipline partners, business partners, and senior leadership. This role is responsible for various data and reporting needsto support strategic initiatives including regulatory HR matters. They will also partner closely with the respective Sr HR Advisor for Technology and Business Enablement and ESPAto lead their business routines, managing meetings and developing agendas and set up processes, and communications.


What you'll do:

  • Streamline and simplify processes with clear rules of the road and proper accountability; lead data-driven processes that drive consistency

  • Synthesize, summarize, and prepare key documents, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with strategic priorities

  • Act as trusted partner to the business and HR partners; centrally manage data, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and socialize metrics that drive progress, ensure alignment, and inform decision-making

  • Drive function-wide efforts such as organizational health and operating efficiencies; support HR cyclical events in partnership with disciplines

  • Coordinate and manage asks from stakeholders, funneling them to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely resolution

  • Assist Sr HR Advisor for Technology and Business Enablement with business routines (setting meeting agendas, preparing materials, partner engagement, project management); facilitate leadership team meetings and follow-up actions

  • Act as a liaison between the Sr HR Advisor for Technology and Business Enablement and broader stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across teams

What we'll need from you:

  • Several years of experience in financial services

  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders and superior project management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures, establishing strong relationships with various partners

  • Risk and control mindset; sound judgement with highly sensitive information

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, working in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication and collaboration excellence

  • Strong data acumen; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented with ability to see larger picture

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
