  • Support Strategic HR and Labour Relations Work: Contribute to a variety of sensitive files by interpreting policies, analyzing information, and helping ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to Workforce Planning: Use data and insights to assess workforce needs and workplace trends, helping inform planning decisions and human capital strategies.
  • Coordinate Ministry-Wide Rollouts: Help develop and deliver clear messaging for HR plans and initiatives, ensuring strong communication and coordination across divisions and HR teams.
  • Collaborate on Projects and Initiatives: Provide support to senior colleagues on larger, more complex projects. You'll participate in working groups, contribute to project teams, and take ownership of individual files.

What you bring to the team
  • Human Resources Knowledge: Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and relevant legislation to support strategic advice and program delivery
