Our HR team supports all BC dealerships with comprehensive HR services. We have over 1200 employees in BC alone, working in both union and non-union environments. This presents an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Manage new employee paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed and submitted to payroll promptly.
  2. Support all locations with full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, managing applications, creating offer letters, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Assist with reference checks as needed.
  4. Ensure employee changes, transfers, and dismissal paperwork are accurate and processed efficiently.
  5. Provide employment verification letters upon request.
  6. Communicate employee movement notifications to relevant departments.
  7. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures within your scope of responsibilities.
  8. Participate in various HR projects as required.
  9. Create and maintain recruitment and employee movement reports.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for the Payroll Team.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
