Position Description
Are you an organized, outgoing HR student looking to gain hands-on experience in the field? We’re looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our team and help drive key administrative processes that keep our department running smoothly. In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing background checks through Sterling, supporting candidates through the screening process, and delivering excellent service with every interaction. If you love working with people, have a knack for follow-up, and are eager to build real-world HR skills while completing your education, we’d love to meet you!
