C-Therm is recruiting for an HR and Office Coordinator for our office located in Frederictons Knowledge Park. This dynamic role is ideal for an individual eager to apply their interpersonal skills knowledge of HR policies and procedures and ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

What an HR and Office Coordinator will do here

The HR and Office Coordinator will manage various human resources and office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company. This dynamic and fast paced role aims to enhance employee experience maintain accurate records and ensure efficient office operations.

Duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Recruit new team members : attend job fairs manage job postings and conduct screening interviews
  • Manage new team member onboarding orientation and skills training for employees
  • Review and update of employee manual and documents as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee information and files in the HRIS system (BambooHR) and prepare reports as required
  • Manage performance review process and schedule
  • Run day-to-day operations of our office conduct clerical duties including filing answering phone calls responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Coordinate and oversee food and beverage vendors including lunch catering pantry equipment and appliances and our snack & beverage program
  • Organize monthly town hall team meetings and quarterly team building events
  • Coordinate / organize service providers for security janitorial and facility maintenance
  • Data entryand assist in administering payroll and benefits programs
  • Coordinate grant submissions and claims
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for members of the company
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed

What will make you a perfect candidate

  • Bachelors Degree or College diploma in Business Administration and / or Human Resources with a minimum of two years experience (preferably in an office setting)
  • Previous experience with BambooHR an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related program software knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and results oriented
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple cross-functional responsibilities
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must
