Our client, a banking company, is seeking a HR Analyst III for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized Learning & Development (L&D) research, evaluation, operations, and reporting to support and advise client businesses; analyze and support the development and execution of L&D solutions.
- Support Lead Learning Solution Architect (LSA) in executing large pan-portfolio L&D initiatives and complex learning solutions for line of business (LOB) specific initiatives.
- Assist the Lead LSA in deploying key large-scale programs, including launching quarterly leadership development initiatives, and manage learner inquiries, enrollments, and attendance records in partnership with the Leadership Development Centre of Excellence (COE).
- Identify and escalate risks to the annual plan execution to the Lead LSA.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners, organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions required by L&D partners, COE, and Practice Management teams.
- Support the Lead LSA in preparing project kickoff materials and onboarding vendors for portfolio initiatives.
- Oversee and submit intakes engaging COE and partners to support L&D annual plan projects, such as engaging LMS team, HR Data & Reporting (DAR), Business Management, Program Support, SSG/Vendor Management, and Delivery teams.
- Manage ad-hoc LMS requests, collaborating with LMS consultants and course owners to define and approve specifications for program launches.
- Respond to business requests for learning assets or develop specific competency programs, researching vendor or off-the-shelf solutions as needed.
- Conduct internal and external research to support L&D analysis and recommendations, including LMS course/curriculum maintenance or retirement and building business cases for portfolio initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in delivering learning solutions.
- Assist with budget reporting and workshop audience analysis for training deployment.
- Analyze learner engagement and success metrics related to the L&D annual plan.
- Resolve issues related to course exemptions and functionality within the learning portfolio, liaising with stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Identify and manage organizational risks, escalating high-risk activities as necessary.
- Conduct research projects and support the development and delivery of presentations and communications to management and broader audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience coordinating in the L&D space.
- Knowledge of LMS systems for data review and analysis.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including data extraction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
