The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Advisor, Service Enablement, to provide advisory support and system execution across the hire-to-retire process in Workday and ServiceNow. This role will serve as the Core HR Functional SME, analyze complex workflows and implement process improvements that enhance operational excellence within the HR Services team.

What you’ll do

  • Execute high impact Workday transactions for organizational changes and workforce management, ensuring data integrity and adherence to HR service level agreements.
  • Provide advisory support to HR Partners and leaders based on company HR programs and practices, resolving case escalations and coaching team members.
  • Serve as the Core HR process SME, analyze transaction patterns, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with HRIS on system enhancements.
  • Lead and oversee planning, coordination, and change management requirements related to continuous improvement items.
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation, ensuring HR Services processes and workflows are accurately captured.
  • Drive operational excellence within HR Services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance employee experience.
  • Design targeted audits to address recurring Workday transactional errors, maintain accurate data and partner with Internal Audit on SOX compliance processes.
  • Support diverse HR initiatives, enterprise-wide programs, and emerging priorities requiring HR Services expertise.
  • Work requires application of well-developed human resources knowledge in planning, conducting, and coordinating difficult, responsible assignments on complex issues and/or tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR advisory services and/or process design and improvement.
  • Advanced Workday HCM knowledge with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Self-motivated professional who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and guide initiatives to completion.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bilingual capability (Spanish or French)
  • In-depth knowledge of TCE's HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
  • HR certification (CPHR, SHRM-CP)
  • HR ServiceNow Experience
