HR Advisor (Part-Time) - Manchester (with regional travel)
£35,000 - £40,000 FTE + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a part-time opportunity with flexibility, autonomy, and variety?

We're recruiting for a Part-Time HR Advisor to join a values-driven organisation known for its supportive culture and commitment to employee development. This is a regional role requiring occasional travel across the North West, so a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, working alongside other HR Advisors and Business Partners to provide expert support and guidance to managers. Your focus will be on employee relations, handling complex cases, and offering hands-on, face-to-face support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising managers on a range of employee relations issues, including complex casework, performance, and absence management
  • Coaching and guiding managers through HR processes and policies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive HR best practice
  • Contributing to the analysis of HR trends and workforce insights

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a HR Advisory role with strong ER case management expertise
  • Confident delivering face-to-face support to line managers
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret HR data and spot trends
  • Unionised experience is a bonus, but not essential
