Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing human resources services including attendance management, position management, internal job postings, new hire administration, analyzing HR metrics, and other transactions to ensure the successful operation of the organization's human resources administrative services. Working under general supervision for routine administrative tasks, this job assists employees and managers by addressing questions and contributes to the completion of human resources services administration activities.
