Job description

CES is now hiring for an HR Administrator in Windsor for one of our clients in the food manufacturing industry.

Summary of Job Duties :

  • Full cycle recruitment
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and salary scales.
  • Management of Employment Agencies.
  • Management of Staffing (target staffing numbers) and leave of absence monitoring.
  • Employee Attendance (Logging, Monitoring, Reviewing).
  • Manage Employee files.
  • Management of employee key fobs (Controlled entrance)
  • Review of SIN Numbers & Work permits.
  • Weekly staffing updates and reports.
  • Employee Suggestions.
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews.
  • Employee group benefits administration.
  • Employee relations.
  • Communication with managers and supervisors.
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Must have own reliable vehicle (may have to go to Windsor and Amherstburg plant)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must be able to pass a background check (this is done through CES at not cost to you)
  • Strong attention to detail / quality, and safety orientated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
