We are looking for a candidate who has passion for recruitment and talent management. The candidate will report directly to the DON. They will possess an understanding knowledge of employment law, have a deep understanding of the organisation culture and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities of the roles:

  • Provides Day-to-day HR administrative support to Moorehall Lodge Drogheda
  • Ensuring employee files and records are up to date and fully compliant
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members; including advertising, scheduling of interview and preparing contracts in a timely manner.
  • Continuously seeking innovative methods to attract and retain key talent
  • Management and reporting of absenteeism, training compliance, new hires.
  • Provides support on employee relations and performance management process
  • Maintain, update and input employee data to the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Provides HR Administrative support to Moorehall Lodge Team
  • Preparation of reports as required
  • Drive retention initiatives
  • Any other duties as assigned by the DON /RDO

Qualification / Experience:

  • Previous experience in a HR/Administrative role within the Healthcare Sector.
  • Basic understanding and Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience using a HRIS. (One Touch)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
