We are looking for a passionate HR & Admin Assistant to join our team.

Job Duties

  1. Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
  2. Support executive staff with calendar management and travel arrangements.
  3. Coordinate office supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage overall office organization.
  4. Ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
  5. Assist with HR documentation, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain HR databases.
  6. Assist with policy updates and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  7. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of relevant human resources or administrative experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple ad hoc tasks.
  2. Knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is an asset.
  3. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
