We are looking for an passionate HR & Admin Assistant to join our team
Job Duties
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Support executive staff with calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate office supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage overall office organization.
- Ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with HR documentation, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain HR databases.
- Assist with policy updates and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant human resources or administrative experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple ad hoc tasks.
- Knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is an asset.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
