HP Product Specialist – Technology (Retail Sales Brand Representative)

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting brands with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing. We constantly seek new ideas and innovative ways to help our clients build their brands amidst evolving consumer dynamics and emerging technologies.

We are looking for technology enthusiasts to join our HP product specialist sales team to generate excitement and connect with consumers around HP’s latest print and PC products. We want brand ambassadors to proudly represent a leader in consumer electronics at a Staples store near you.

Benefits and Pay:

Competitive, bi-weekly pay

Hourly pay starting at $

After 3 months, employees are eligible for a lump-sum retention bonus (+$1 per hour worked in the first 90 days), and

• an increased wage of $ per hour (to $, effective for all future hours)

Employees must be active for 90 days and employed on the program at the time of qualification.

Weekly Schedule:

The current schedule is:

Saturdays: 12pm – 5pm

Sundays: 12pm – 5pm

This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Optional limited Friday shifts during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and brand awareness of HP products.
2. Engage customers with demonstrations of HP features, highlighting benefits.
3. Create in-store buzz through passion and engagement.
4. Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products.
5. Build relationships with store staff.
6. Maintain displays to be clean, functional, and demo-ready.
7. Gather competitive intelligence and report on market tactics.
8. Maintain knowledge of all HP products.
9. Submit daily sales reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
