HP Product Specialist – Technology (Retail Sales Brand Representative)

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting brands with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing. We are constantly seeking new ideas to help our clients build their brands in a dynamic market environment.

We are looking for technology enthusiasts to join our HP product specialist sales team to create excitement and connections with consumers around HP’s latest print and PC products. Brand ambassadors will represent a leader in consumer electronics at a Staples store near you.

Benefits and Pay:

Competitive, bi-weekly pay

Hourly pay starting at $

After 3 months, employees are eligible for a lump-sum retention bonus (+$1/hour for the first 90 days), and

  • an increased wage of $ per hour (to $, effective for all future hours)

Employees must be active for 90 days and employed during the program to qualify.

Paid training is provided online or on-site.

Enjoy a stable weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) and long weekends off (no scheduled events during statutory holidays).

Work within a leading industry electronics retail environment, learning about in-class products.

Weekly Schedule:

The current schedule is:

Saturdays: 12pm – 5pm

Sundays: 12pm – 5pm

This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension. Limited Friday shifts may be available during peak seasons, which are optional.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and brand awareness of HP products.
  • Engage customers with demonstrations of HP features, highlighting customer benefits.
  • Create in-store buzz through passion and engagement for the HP brand.
  • Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products.
  • Build strong relationships with store staff.
  • Maintain clean, functional, and demo-ready HP displays.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on pricing, new products, and merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all HP products.
  • Submit daily sales recap reports timely and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest and enthusiasm in technology (computers, printers).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Ownership of a smartphone.
  • Commitment to scheduled days and hours.
  • Retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
