Family Services Windsor-Essex Counselling and Advocacy Centre is seeking a Housing Outreach Worker to join the Housing team in Leamington. The role focuses on outreach, client assessments, and securing housing solutions for individuals and families in need.
You will build partnerships with landlords, coordinate services, and provide resources and referrals while documenting all activities and ensuring smooth referrals to Housing First or related programs.
