Elevate your career as a Housing Manager at EF International Language Campus, Vancouver

EF International Language Campus in Vancouver is seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer service-minded Housing Manager to lead our Housing Department. This full-time position involves managing external residences, recruiting and retaining host families, and ensuring a high-quality experience for our international students. The role reports to the School Director and requires excellent communication skills to liaise with global offices, motivate the housing team, and develop efficient systems.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure high levels of customer service to students, host families, and the community.
2. Manage student residences, ensuring safety and satisfaction, and resolve conflicts as needed.
3. Oversee a team of Residence Advisors living at the student residence.
4. Maintain positive relations with external vendors and residences.
5. Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure quality assurance and resolve issues.
6. Handle administrative tasks, including host family payments.
7. Communicate daily with students, advisors, and host families to address crises and acclimate students.
8. Drive host family recruitment and student placements collaboratively with the department.
9. Implement innovative techniques to meet deadlines and uphold standards.
10. Lead and manage the team through meetings, planning, and driving improvements.

Position details: Full-time, some weekend and after-hours work during peak times. Salary range: $46,000-$48,000/year. Start date: June 9, 2025.
