A leading educational institution is looking for a Housing Coordinator to oversee housing services for medical learners. The role involves planning, coordinating housing, maintaining budgets, and liaising with various stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and relevant educational qualifications.

DUTIES
Reporting to the Coordinator, Distributed Medical Education (DME) Office, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership in planning and ensuring the availability of appropriate housing for learners in medical education programs in the Faculty of Medicine, including medical learners, interns and residents. Responsibilities include :
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience (3-5 years) in the coordination of housing services within a post-secondary student-support, research and development environment; graduation with a four-year college or university degree in Business, Public Administration or related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Strong skills in project management including analytical and problem solving, the ability to work independently, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook are required. Familiarity with university policies and procedures, as well as provincial legislation including the Residential Tenancies Act and Public Procurement Act are assets.
SALARY $63,099 - $86,042 per annum (Management and Professional)
