United Nations – UN-Habitat Canada Office in Montreal seeks a Housing Accessibility Policy and Design Specialist consultant to support the Accessible-Ready Housing Design Compendium, research accessibility standards, and ensure smooth project delivery through collaboration with the project team.

The consultant will consolidate outputs, strengthen the Canadian expertise in accessible housing and public space, and contribute to the global exchange of knowledge on universal design.

The consultant will be responsible for providing support in the development of the Accessible-Ready Housing Design Compendium, conduct applied research on accessibility standards and policies in Canada and internationally and be responsible for ensuring project delivery and workflow in collaboration with the project team during the period of employment.
