Job Summary: As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are crucial in ensuring our team is on point and on time. You will clean and inspect rooms daily to ensure they meet the standards set by us at Jasper Inn & Suites.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide cleaning services for guests on a day-to-day basis.
2. Complete task sheets of listed rooms to be cleaned per day.
3. Inspect and touch up rooms cleaned by Housekeepers and report back any trending issues.
4. Set rooms up with extra amenities for purchase.
5. Observe and report any maintenance repairs needed.
6. Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, linen carts, and linen rooms.
7. Return Lost and Found items to the housekeeping office.
8. Abide by all resort safety procedures to ensure the safety of both staff and guests.
9. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses.
10. Ensure all rooms and suites are cleaned as soon as they become vacant.
11. Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager and Front Desk Team to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
12. Perform other duties as required and assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Team player with a positive outlook.
2. Knowledge in and passion for the customer service industry.
3. Strong attention to detail and a love of cleanliness.
4. Energetic, flexible, reliable, and hands-on individual.
5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent time management skills and a passion for hospitality.
8. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
9. Education and experience in the hotel industry are an asset.

Working Conditions:

1. Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
2. Standing for extended periods of time.
3. Work with cleaning chemicals; proper use training will be provided.
4. Available to work weekends.
5. Report to work in required uniform and adhere to the Jasper Inn & Suites Dress Code.
