Job summary

The City of Salmon Arm is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff at municipal sites. You will inspect sites for safety and cleanliness, arrange for additional services such as painting or repairs, and coordinate work with other departments.

On-site work only and English proficiency are required. You will establish work schedules, receive payments for specialized tasks, and support cleaners in daily duties while ensuring high standards of facility

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience.
• On-site work; no remote option.
• Excellent oral communication; reliability; good judgement.
