Housekeeping Supervisor

Kamloops, BC   Full-time   $21.50-$23.50/hour

The Role

You will ensure rooms are spotless, well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing, ready on time. You will lead, train, and motivate the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, scheduling their activities. Your role is vital to our operation's success, and we value your pride in this work.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of housekeeping experience
• Leadership potential
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality is a plus but not required
• Experience in room cleaning, customer service, or supervisory roles is a plus
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (pushing carts, lifting mattresses, bending, kneeling)
• Leadership, integrity, coaching skills
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• First aid certification is a plus
