Schlegel Villages in Whitby, ON is hiring a Permanent Part-Time Housekeeping Aide/Team Member for the Taunton Mills neighborhood. The role offers a 30-hour bi-weekly schedule across four days every two weeks, including every other weekend. Hours are 07:00–15:00, on-site at 3790 Brock Street North.

The position starts end of August with a competitive rate of $18.57 per hour under the collective agreement. Training and development opportunities are provided, along with benefits and retirement

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or retirement home settings is preferred.
• Ability to lift 15-25 lbs and assist residents with care needs.
• A caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families and team members.

Description

The Village of Taunton Mills has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part Time HOUSEKEEPING AIDETeam Member to join their team on Williamsburg South Neighborhood.

Working 30 hours bi-weekly, four days in two weeks rotating schedule, including every other weekend.

Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:00

Status: Permanent Part-Time
Location: 3790 Brock Street North, Whitby ON
Expected Start Date: End of August

The hiring rate for this role is $18.57 per collective agreement/employee association agreement.
