Tasks

  1. Implement operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks.
  2. Select and purchase equipment and supplies.
  3. Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
  4. Coordinate inspection of assigned areas.
  5. Manage contract services.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
  8. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  9. Supervise in-house laundry services and coordinate their operations.
  10. Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
  11. Ensure adherence to local health and sanitation regulations.
  12. Hire and dismiss staff as needed.
  13. Respond to guest complaints effectively.
  14. Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
