With a keen sense of organization this person will set the direction for the housekeeping department while providing a stimulating work environment for his or her team.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Anticipate needs in order to skilfully plan operations and thus ensure smooth running and maintenance of high standards of cleanliness at all times.
  • Hire develop the skills of and evaluate members of the housekeeping team and monitor their performance.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and policies inspired by aesthetic values.
  • Coach develop and manage the performance of the housekeeping team through formal and informal means while ensuring that productivity levels are achieved and maintained.
  • Manage the budget and supply of the department.

WHAT YOULL BRING

  • Degree in hotel management or similar field
  • 7 years management or supervisory experience
  • Natural ability to communicate and mobilize teams bringing together individuals from different cultures
  • Flexibility adaptability and conflict resolution skills
  • Proactivity and speed in finding solutions in all kinds of situations
