Vantage Hotels in Valemount, BC, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping team member for a full-time seasonal role with benefits. You will ensure rooms and spaces are spotless and welcoming, interact with guests, and contribute to a safe, organized hotel environment in a picturesque mountain setting.

What will be your key duties?

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring rooms and public spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail will help create memorable stays in the heart of Valemount's stunning mountain setting.

How you'll make an impact:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms: make beds, replace linens, sanitize bathrooms
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and common spaces
• Handle laundry duties and assist with linen inventory
• Respond promptly to guest requests and work collaboratively with the team, comfortable interacting with the guests, greeting them warmly, asking about their stay and ensuring they feel valued and cared. Able to relay information of the Village and surrounding areas.
• Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
• Responsibilities are not limited to housekeeping - may be asked to help in all of the departments within the hotel.
