Job summary

Simdar Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts, Quebec. The role requires self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, dusting, making beds, stocking linens and towels, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and responding to guest requests. Fluency in English or French is preferred, with no formal education required beyond basic suitability.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstery.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Stock the linen closet.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Respond to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Pick up debris and empty trash cans.
• Clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Clean changing rooms and showers.
