AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary Long-Term Care residence for residents, visitors, and staff. You will perform a variety of housekeeping duties, including cleaning floors, dusting, arranging furniture, and disinfecting surfaces, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents.

The position offers the chance to contribute to resident well-being in a supportive team, with opportunities for growth and working in a people-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• A minimum of public-school education is required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, activity areas, offices, hallways, stairwells, and other areas as directed.
• Operates a floor machine to buff dining room, bedroom, lounge, corridor, and office floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Arranges furniture in an orderly fashion.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily.

The Opportunity

The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that the Long-Term Care residence is maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition for residents, visitors, and other staff members.

What You Will Need

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Salary: $21.12 per hour

Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
