Sienna Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeping Aide for a permanent part-time shift from 12:00 to 20:00 at Rockcliffe Care Community in Scarborough. The role pays $23.87 per hour under the collective agreement and focuses on maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment for residents.

You will build relationships with residents and colleagues, ensuring dignity and respect in daily care. This position emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and consistent, quality cleaning in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial intelligence to screen and assess applicants for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide Thorough Cleaning.
• Provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing of the residents’ rooms as well as the common areas in the community.
• Ensure the supplies are suitable and the equipment is in proper working order.
• Deliver the cleaning in a positive and professional manner.
• Provide Resident Privacy and Room Preparation.
• Ensure residents' privacy is respected.
• Prepare rooms for new Residents ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
