AgeCare Ltd. is recruiting a Housekeeping Aide on behalf of Generations Toronto, a long-term care home in Toronto. The role ensures a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents, visitors, and staff under the Generations Toronto campus.

Responsibilities include cleaning all areas, floor care, dusting, furniture arrangement, and daily disinfection. Experience in housekeeping is preferred, with a minimum public-school education.

• A minimum of public-school education is required.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols.

AgeCare has been appointed as the manager of the Generations Toronto long-term care home and is recruiting the Housekeeping Aide on behalf of Generations Toronto.

The Opportunity

The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that the Long-Term Care residence is maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition for residents, visitors, and other staff members.

What Is In It For You

• Cleans dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, activity areas, offices, hallways, stairwells, and other areas as directed.
• Cleans, mops, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Operates a floor machine to buff dining room, bedroom, lounge, corridor, and office floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Arranges furniture in an orderly fashion.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily.
