Seasons Retirement Communities is seeking a Housekeeper in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. The role provides housekeeping and laundry services, maintaining a safe, clean residence for our residents and guests under the Environmental Services Manager.

Responsibilities include interacting with residents, keeping areas sanitary, and supporting the Environmental Services team while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide housekeeping and laundry services for residents and visitors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas.
• Support Environmental Services team and Resident and Guest Attendant members.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Present a professional image and focus on customer service with residents and families.
• Operate and clean equipment and maintain areas related to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Housekeeper. Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, the Housekeeper is responsible for providing housekeeping and laundry services as well as maintaining the clean and neat appearance of the residence in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the policies and procedures of Seasons Retirement Communities

What You’ll Do

• Provide services and interacts with residents and resident family members in a professional manner
• Maintain work and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
• Participate as a member of the Environmental Services team and provides support to the other members of the Resident and Guest Attendant team
• Observe and adhere to all policies and procedures, work standards and safety regulations
• Project the appropriate image and focus on customer service in their dealings with residents, families and guests
• Operate and clean equipment, furniture and clean and maintain all areas related to residents as per work routines
• All other duties as assigned or consistent with work routines and job descriptions
