Job summary

Sienna Senior Living's Aspira Mayfair Terrace Retirement Living in Port Coquitlam is seeking a casual Housekeeper to cover on-call shifts. Availability is 9:00am–5:00pm on any day of the week to keep resident spaces clean and welcoming.

The role pays $21.38 per hour with a permanent casual on-call status. Applicants must have housekeeping experience and be eligible to work in Canada, plus pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.

This is a Permanent Casual (On-Call) position to pick up shifts when needed.

• Ability to complete a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors
• Skilled in cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to assigned schedules and procedures
• Attention to detail when preparing rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour-ready at all times
• Strong understanding of resident privacy and professionalism while working in occupied living spaces
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work that supports seniors’ quality of life
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members

What You Need To Know
