Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Be adaptable to customer needs.
2. Keep all assigned areas and corridors clean, neat, and sanitary, following safety and health standards and preventative maintenance procedures.
3. Inspect and determine appropriate cleaning techniques based on orientation guidelines.
4. Use housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently, as observed by supervisor.
5. Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
6. Diligently employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
7. Keep the cleaning cart well-stocked, with properly labeled chemicals and in good working condition.
8. Promote effective interpersonal relationships and maintain professional conduct at all times.
9. Assist in improving departmental productivity and efficiency.
10. Commit to professional growth by adhering to training requirements.
