Position: Household Coordinator / LPN

We are currently seeking a full-time Household Coordinator at Wintergreene Estates in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for seniors, a positive attitude, and at least two years of experience in a related environment, with knowledge of operating a Memory Care Floor. Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Saskatchewan is required. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working with people, and have strong organizational skills along with proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support LPNs and Residents Assistants
2. Provide personal services to residents to meet their needs while maintaining independence
3. Implement and update Care Plans
4. Ensure medication protocols are followed
5. Complete intake assessments
6. Follow proper discharge policies
7. Communicate with Physicians
8. Perform Doctor’s rounds
9. Manage a budget
10. Collaborate with the Ministry of Health to meet legislative requirements
