Job description

OBASA / Six Three Suites is a boutique provider of fully furnished and serviced luxury accommodations. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping Team in Regina, SK, who takes personal pride in delivering a service and product that wows the customer.

Candidates must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and with cleaning/disinfecting homes, including refreshing linens, as well as office cleaning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Cleaning furnished apartments, condos, and homes from top to bottom, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass, laundering linens, making beds, and scrubbing bathroom and kitchen surfaces.
  2. Retrieving and delivering packets of keys and other access devices to company suites and property lockboxes for arriving guests.
  3. Laundering linens, washing dishes in the dishwasher, wiping all surfaces inside and out after each guest.
  4. Performing move-out cleans to prepare for new guests.
  5. Spotting and reporting maintenance issues.
  6. Providing a 5-star white glove first impression to every guest arriving at a company suite.
  7. Providing outstanding customer service to all guests.
  8. Representing the company professionally in appearance and behavior.
  9. Maintaining cooperation with colleagues and assisting in handling client and guest needs.
  10. Offering suggestions on improving service efficiency without compromising the guest experience.
  11. Being receptive to feedback from team members.
Requirements:
  • Reliable vehicle or transportation to work.
  • Background check.
  • Housekeeping experience (considered an asset).
Additional Details:
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, on-site parking.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability required.
  • Location: Must be located in Saskatoon, SK. We are not supporting SINP applicants.
