What you will do:

Hourly Player, Front of House
Our Player, Front of House team members are essential in providing an exceptional entertainment experience to guests. They operate major attractions, are experts on gaming within the facility, and assist in curating gaming experiences for both experienced and new gamers. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and social environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Upselling games by demonstrating game operations, encouraging guests to play, and creating a fun, engaging environment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of games and stations, and assisting with restocking supplies.
• Serving as a trusted resource for guest inquiries and concerns, with knowledge of venue pricing for special events, promotions, and daily activities.

Qualifications:

This role may be ideal if you:

• Are of the required age of majority or older (for licensed venues)
• Have some customer service experience
• Pay attention to detail when completing tasks
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Hold a provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate
