We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Porter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a positive, customer-focused attitude. As a Hotel Porter, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our guests.

Requirements for Hotel Porter Role:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to carry and move luggage and other items with ease
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
• Ability to handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism
• Full Clean Driving Licence

Responsibilities for Hotel Porter Role:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, helping with their luggage and offering a warm welcome
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain the hotel's amenities and services
• Ensure that the lobby and public areas are clean, organised, and welcoming
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including storing and retrieving luggage
• Handle deliveries, packages, and special requests for guests promptly and courteously
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by ensuring that all areas are free from hazards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with maintaining the hotel's transportation services, such as shuttle buses
• Provide information on local attractions, directions, and restaurant recommendations when requested
• Assist with event set-ups or conference room arrangements as needed
