Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across its properties. You will allocate responsibilities, manage daily tasks and preventative schedules, and ensure timely completion with a sharp eye for detail.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational and communication skills, and knowledge of electrics, health and safety. Corporate compliance and audit duties are part of the remit.

Competenze

• Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
• Computer literacy is key for compliance and audit tasks.

Mansioni

• Allocate responsibilities to the team and supervise daily jobs.
• Develop daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Meet time deadlines and liaise with contractors.
