Job Description
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Shift Supervisor, the Line Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold meals for sale and service to all customers of the Casino, including internal and external patrons during a designated shift. The role requires adherence to safe work practices, frequent standing and walking, and concentration when preparing customer orders. Leadership qualities are desirable to assist with the development of Prep Cooks and Kitchen Helpers. The position may involve lifting weights of up to approximately 50 lbs.
