Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to join our housekeeping team at our Edmonton property. You will help maintain clean guest areas and support room attendants by ensuring supplies are stocked and organized, contributing to an inviting guest experience.

You will handle cleaning products and sanitizing equipment, following our high standards to ensure safe, pristine environments for guests staying with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping team to ensure all supplies are available for room attendants.
• Keep public areas pristine and inviting for guests.
• Work with cleaning products and sanitizing equipment per high standards.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Houseperson, you will be working with our Housekeeping team to ensure that all supplies are available for room attendants and ensuring that all public areas are pristine and inviting for our guests.

You will be working with chemical cleaning products and other sanitizing equipment in accordance with our high standards. Ultimately, you will help to create a pleasant, comfortable and memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance that impeccably clean guest room supplies have in a hotel. You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift linen bundles that can weigh up to 50 lbs. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
