Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Housekeeping room attendant certification and WHMIS certificate preferred.
• 2–3 years of related housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Must be client focused, dependable, flexible and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstery.
• Make beds and change sheets; distribute towels and toiletries.
• Stock linen closet and clean kitchen/bathroom fixtures.
• Clean windows, walls and ceilings; wash changing rooms and showers.
• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or items and report lost and found.
• Handle debris and empty trash; provide basic facility information.
• Assist with guest complaints or concerns professionally.
