Manage budgets, forecasting, and full P&L accountability to achieve financial goals.
Build strong vendor and community partnerships to support hotel growth.
Collaborate with ownership and marketing teams to position the hotel successfully in a competitive Toronto market.
Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and service excellence.
A seasoned hospitality leader with 5+ years in executive-level hotel management (GM/AGM level) at luxury or upscale full-service properties.
Experienced in new hotel openings or large-scale property launches.
An operational powerhouse with a deep understanding of rooms, F&B, events, and guest experience strategies.
Financially astute with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
A hands-on, visible leader who inspires teams to deliver at the highest level.
Knowledgeable about the Toronto market and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences.
Tech-savvy with strong PMS and operational systems experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt, innovate, and lead through change.
Starting salary of $130,000 + performance-based bonus opportunities.
