GrizzlyTrek Group seeks an experienced Hot Oiler Operator to support service rig operations in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The role involves safely operating hot oiler units for well servicing, maintaining temperatures and pressures, and monitoring equipment throughout startup and shutdown, in collaboration with rig crews and client representatives.

Ideal candidates have prior hot oiler experience in oilfield environments, a strong commitment to oilfield safety, and the stamina to work long shifts

Job Overview:

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Hot Oiler Operator to support service rig operations in the Grande Prairie area. This role is suited to an experienced operator responsible for safely operating hot oiler units to support well servicing activities while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hot oiler units in support of service rig and well servicing operations
• Maintain required temperatures and pressures based on job and client requirements
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and continuous monitoring
• Inspect hoses, valves, burners, and related equipment prior to and during operation
• Communicate effectively with rig crews, supervisors, and client representatives
• Identify and respond to abnormal operating or unsafe conditions
• Follow all site-specific safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating hot oilers in oilfield or service rig environments
• Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work long shifts in physically demanding, safety-sensitive environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting service rig or well servicing operations
• Valid oilfield safety tickets

Work Environment:

• Oilfield service rig and wellsite environments
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, heat, noise, and heavy equipment
• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment
