Host

Hosts play a crucial role as the first impression of the restaurant for our Guests. With a friendly smile and an upbeat attitude, they ensure guests are seated according to their needs and the situation. They acknowledge and thank each Guest sincerely and professionally, either in person or by phone. Hosts coordinate with team members about seating availability and escort Guests to their tables.

The Host/Greeter is responsible for providing an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish, fostering a fun and safe work environment, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
