As a Host Person, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service, providing a warm and inviting first impression. We focus on friendly, courteous, and professional interactions to ensure our guests leave with unforgettable experiences.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Deliver top-tier service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
  2. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
  3. Replenish beverages and condiments regularly, with special attention to coffee and tea, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Manage reservations and special events at the restaurant.
  5. Assist with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restocking supplies.
  6. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.
  7. Perform physical tasks such as kneeling, stooping, grasping, lifting, and carrying up to 75 lbs.
  8. Work predominantly standing and moving about in restaurant and kitchen areas.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Host Person in a similar-sized operation; hotel experience preferred. Food Handlers Certification is required.
