Reporting into the Retail and Experience Manager, we are recruiting for roles that support the tasting room experiences we offer at Gray Monk. Your job will be varied, and no two days will be the same! From working at the wine tasting bar, organizing and leading experiences, and pouring extraordinary into everyday life and having fun!

• Greeting guests with a robust and friendly introduction to the Estate
• Creating memorable guest experiences
• Drive for higher sales and encouraging guests to become Wine Club members
• Demonstrate service excellence to all visitors by managing customer inquiries in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner
